Alex Chmidling22/07/2021Mr. Kachele was very easy and flexible with scheduling the appointment to inspect the home i had under contract. During his inspection he found major safety hazards and i ended up backing out of the deal. He saved me a lot of heart ache and a lot of money through this first home. He is very respectful and knowledgeable. I am under contract on another house and have already scheduled Mr. Kachele to come out and do my inspection. Highly recommend if you need an inspection done during your home buying process. Five stars but really well above that.
